Powers:He was born with large, black, bat-like wings. He also has strong telekinesis. He can rip a vault door, and he is accurate that he can piece of paper in half. He is also a super genius, with an IQ of 177.

Bio: Ramirez was born in Spain. His parents were kidnapped when he was 8, along with everything else in his house. He was about to tell his parents about his back. The only thing left in his former life, was a rare blue steel rapier. A little later, when he was 9, he discover he had wings, and his life of crime began. He was the mastermind, because he plans would work 100% of the time. The first time, his plan did not work, was because one of his loyal members betrayed him. While in Juvi, he was beaten up for his wings, and then he yelled, blasting everyone to the wall. He figured that he had supersonic power too, but he quickly disproved that. He concluded that it was Telekinesis. He broke out of jail, and hid in Luxembourg. He hid there, until he was 13. A teacher found him there and told him to go to ARU. This was the first time he had to go to school, and 4 years later, he had advance all of his students in his grade.
P.S. He has an English accent, and love card games. Also, his sword, is very sharp...
