Trucido walked into a large classroom, with books and other supplies. He sat them on his desk and then wrote his name on the blackboard. He then pulled out a thermostat and sipped out of it. "God, I love milkshakes." He said, as he lean back.

Faeylinn was sitting in the back of the classroom, her wings fluttering over the edge of the uncomfortable seat. She grinned to herself, this would be an easy class. Not a minute in and the teacher was eating. Or would it be drinking?.. She shook her head, getting back on track and looked around for the textbooks she assumed he'd be assigning, but she didn't see any. This wouldn't just be an easy class, it would be a boring one. She yawned with great melodrama and rested her chin on the palm of her hand, already creating pranks to pull in case the class became snore-worthy.

Trucido pulled out his whip and cracked it. "Straight out your back." He said. "You are here early, why is that?"

She started at the sound of the whip, and straightened, raising her chin in a show of defiance. "I'm not early, everyone else is just late. Besides, what else is there to do than sit around?"

"Well, you get your desk ready, for one thing." He said as he took a sip from his milkshake.

She slouched again, frowning and raising an eyebrow in question. "Get my desk ready for what?"

"For notes, to read from the books, to fight, anything." He said, as he stood up.

A quiet, unasuming figure stepped through the door and sat down next to Faey. She wore an electric blue, sleeveless shirt with black jeans and black, fingerless gloves. She carried a textbook under one arm. Her short hair was reddish-orange, and her blue eyes seemed... old, somehow. She also seemed barely there, as if she didn't want anyone to notice her. She set the book on her dsk and pulled a canteen from her side. Taking a long drink, she sighed and lickd her lips, then capped it and let hit hang next to the black messenger-style bookbag she wore.

"Ah, You can talk to the other student that entered the room, that I did not notice enter. Is there a secret door here?" He asked, as he looked at the new girl.

Soltis walked though the main door. His large arm hit the frame, making a large noise. He ignored it and walked in. His Books were in his large hand, and he sat in the back corner, on the right side, to hide his arm in the shadows. He slam the books on the desk and got ready for the class.

Jordan stepped through the door, he had only been at Alius res for a day or two and today was his first day of class... His normally pale skin was a more pallid light grey and his normaly shaped jawline was gaunt and shadowed, his eyes seemed deep set and tired. Taking a few more steps his breathing was somewhat... ragged, taking a seat at the back of the class he rested two books one for notes and the other for revision on the desk keeping his eyes trained on them.

Faeylinn responded to the teacher with a rather cliched and histrionic response. "Whatever." She pulled out a black notebook and a purple pen, beggining to chew on the end ot if out of boredom. So far there was a rather motley arrangement of students; one was hiding his arm, another hiding in general and the third seemed like he needed to go back to bed before he passed out. She continued her bold examination of her new arrivals, not even bothering to make her curiousity subtle.

"Ok, I guess I will start the class. The other students can catch up later, but now we need to learn some names. I want to know your names and some information on you, like why you are here, any friends that you know, and anything else you like us to know. Whatever girl, you can go first." Trucido said as he pointed to Faeylinn.

Faeylinn rolled her eyes and made a point of ignoring the teacher. If he wanted her attention, he wouldn't make up names for her. And besides, didn't they give the teachers a paper with everyone's name on it?

He snapped his whip, and looked at her "Participation is a good part of your final grade, so if I were you, I would answer my question." He said with a cool tone.
